FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I submit my claim photos?
Once your account is provisioned by the Pipeline Claims team, you'll receive login credentials for your secure client portal. Log in at pipelineclaims.com/login and use the submission form to upload a .zip file or paste a Dropbox / Google Drive share link.
What photo format and quality do you require?
We accept all standard image formats (JPG, PNG, HEIC). Photos should be well-lit and show item details clearly. We do not require professional photography — standard smartphone photos are fine. Organizing photos by room before uploading helps speed processing but is not required.
How long does processing take?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from the time we receive a complete photo submission. Processing begins once all photos and any required supporting details are received. Rush processing may be available — contact us to discuss.
What format is the final workbook delivered in?
Your deliverable is a .xlsx Excel workbook, compatible with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and all major claims management platforms. A companion photo catalog is included and cross-referenced to the workbook.
Can I see my past submissions?
The client portal is a write-only intake system by design. You can submit new claim data, but the portal does not display historical submissions. If you need records of a past submission, contact us directly and we'll provide what you need.
How do I get a client account?
Client accounts are provisioned manually by the Pipeline Claims team — there is no public self-registration. Contact us via the contact form or email, and we'll set up your account and send your credentials within one business day.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is stored in a secured, access-controlled database and file storage. Your submitted files are encrypted in transit and at rest. The client portal enforces strict write-only access — clients can submit but cannot read back any records, eliminating any risk of data leakage between clients.
What if I have more questions about pricing or a specific claim?
Reach out via our contact form or directly by email. We're happy to discuss your specific situation before you commit.
